Position Overview
Senior physiotherapy leadership role combining strategic management with clinical excellence in mental health setting. Lead departmental transformation whilst maintaining highest standards of patient care.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop Physiotherapy strategies aligned with NHG/IMH objectives
- Manage daily operations, budgets, and departmental KPIs
- Recruit, supervise, and develop Physiotherapy staff to ensure effective performance and optimal productivity to timely address patient needs
- Represent department in hospital meetings and committees which includes working with Senior Management in the implementation of strategic intents for IMH
- Provide patient care and clinical supervision including overseeing clinical supervision of Physiotherapists to build expertise and elevate standards of care
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and policies and keeping abreast of changes and latest developments in Physiotherapy for recommendation

Essential Requirements
- Degree in Physiotherapy with Allied Health Professions Council registration
- 8-10 years physiotherapy experience with leadership responsibilities
- Mental health physiotherapy expertise preferred
- Strategic planning, budget management, and staff leadership capabilities
- Advanced clinical knowledge with supervisory and mentoring abilities
