Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the treasury function across global operations, developing and implementing strategies to support the Bank
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on funding, liquidity and balance sheet management.
- Develop and execute funding strategies to meet lending and investment commitments.
- Arrange and manage borrowings, debt issues, facility agreements, refinancing and ensure cost-efficiency.
- Oversee short-term and long-term liquidity planning ensuring sufficient buffer to meet obligations including loan disbursement etc
- Provide Advisory and oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of following functions
- Manage the liquidity risk, foreign exchange risk and interest rate risk of the Bank regulations
- Cooperate and coordinate with other departments to expand the Bank
- Maintain access to diversified funding sources and ensure the Bank capital markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global Banks and financial institutions exploring new financing opportunities
Key Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Finance or a relevant discipline
- A CPA or CFA is also highly desirable
- Minimum 15 year's related working experience with the banking industry, global market space
- High competency in financial analysis, investment management strategies and
- financial statements understanding
- Strong knowledge in treasury product development
Areas of Knowledge and Experience:
- In depth knowledge of financial market products
- Proven ability to plan and navigate across multiple areas/platforms/business & functional units.
- Knowledge of both Singapore and Korea regulatory requirement and its local laws and jurisdiction.

- Demonstrate leadership like coaching, vision and motivation.
- Be able to understand problems, think critically, and devise solutions
- Ability work under pressure, hands-on, driven and analytical.
- Possess of strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to influence senior management teams.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the executive presence to work with senior management, investors and external stakeholders.
- Able to engage with staff at all levels of the organisation and exercise sound judgement.
- Proficient in Korean language is required, Individual will need to liaise, prepare reports and proper documentation to Korea's headquarter
