Our Singapore entity, Associated Foreign Exchange (Singapore) Pte Ltd, is seeking to expand its team with the following role:
Head of Strategic Partnerships, APAC
Key Duties
- Lead and execute the strategic partnerships strategy across APAC, building senior-level relationships with global fund administrators and key industry partners.
- Develop scalable partnership models and commercial frameworks, including revenue-share and joint go-to-market agreements.
- Drive partner-led revenue growth by embedding the company's multi-product solutions into partner ecosystems and supporting cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Represent the business in commercial negotiations, partnership pitches, and client presentations alongside strategic partners.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-impact team, ensuring clear objectives and strong commercial discipline.
- Create and maintain structured communication, enablement, and training frameworks to support both partners and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, RM, and regional leadership teams to ensure aligned delivery of global initiatives across APAC, Europe, and the US.
- Support product innovation and identify new partnership models that enhance long-term commercial value and market impact.
Skills Required
- Extensive experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management within financial services or fintech.
- Strong ability to design and negotiate commercial frameworks including revenue-share and co-marketing arrangements.
- Proven track record of building and managing senior relationships with fund administrators, institutional partners, or industry bodies.
- Experience embedding solutions into partner ecosystems to drive measurable revenue outcomes.
- Leadership and team development skills, with a collaborative, cross-functional working style.
- Ability to operate across multiple geographies and align global and regional stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, structured thinking, and the ability to identify and articulate new growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
Education
A degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is beneficial however, relevant work experience is equally valued and may substitute formal qualifications.
