Job Summary
Drive market growth and sales development for ROBEL in the Asia Pacific region by managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, coordinating projects, and supporting regional sales and service expansion.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand selected markets across the Asia Pacific region to increase sales and market share
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, railway operators, authorities, and sales partners to enhance business opportunities
- Identify market potential, sales opportunities, and tenders to drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement country-specific sales and action plans aligned with regional goals
- Coordinate quotations, projects, and sales activities with specialist departments in Europe and Asia to ensure seamless delivery
- Support the development and strengthening of regional sales and service structures to improve customer support
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare regular reports, sales forecasts, and decision-making materials for management to guide business strategy
- Represent ROBEL at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events to promote the company and expand networks
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Several years of experience in international sales or business development
- Experience in a B2B environment, preferably in mechanical engineering, technical sales, or the railway sector
- Ability to work independently with a structured and solution-oriented approach
- Confident presence and effective communication skills in an international business environment
- Strong coordination skills to manage cross-functional collaboration
- Very good command of English for effective communication across regions
- Additional Asian language skills to facilitate communication within the Asia Pacific region
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Asia Pacific region to support business activities
