Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Head of Sales / Sales Director located in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home for a portion of the time. The role involves leading and managing the sales team, creating and executing sales strategies, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, monitoring sales performance, analyzing trends, and collaborating with other departments to align sales goals with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management to drive revenue and cultivate client relationships
  • Strong Team Management skills to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate sales performance, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience working in a hybrid work environment and managing remote teams is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is preferred but not required
