Role Description
This is an on-site, part-time role based in Singapore. The Head of Sales / Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. The role involves overseeing the sales team, managing client accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will analyze sales performance, lead team management efforts, and contribute to strategic decisions that align with the company's goals.

- Experience and expertise in Account Management for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Proficient Team Management and leadership skills to guide and develop the sales team.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data and forming actionable insights for business growth.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Professional experience in environmental packaging, sustainability, or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
