Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Head of Sales / Sales Director at Eco-Fert. The role involves leading sales initiatives, managing and mentoring the sales team, developing strategies to drive sales growth, and maintaining key client relationships. The Head of Sales / Sales Director will analyze sales data to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals will be essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales and Sales Management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in Account Management and cultivating strong client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability in Team Management, including mentoring and motivating team members
  • Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to make informed decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the agricultural or sustainability industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
