Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Head of Sales / Sales Director based in Singapore, with flexibility for remote work. The individual will lead the sales team in achieving revenue goals, developing strategic plans, and managing key client accounts. Responsibilities include creating sales strategies, overseeing account management, leading performance evaluations, and driving team performance and development. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities is also a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including the ability to develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Proficiency in Account Management with the ability to maintain and grow long-term client relationships.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven experience in Team Management, including leading, mentoring, and motivating sales teams to achieve goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the Singapore market and familiarity with hybrid work environments is advantageous.
