Head of Risk

Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be leading a small team and overseeing the Risk Department of the Singapore Branch.

The Risk Manager is principally responsible for granting approval to Credit Committee, monitoring Credit, Market and Operational risk. Other key responsibilities include but not limited to develop and maintain the branch's risk management policy to facilitate appropriate and effective risk management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics
• At least 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience preferably in the banking industry
• Excellent leadership skills able to build, lead and manage a team
• Knowledgeable in Indonesia and Singapore Banking Regulatory requirement
• Excellent Corporate Loan background
• Familiar with the business cultures of Indonesian organizations and the ability to converse and formulate reports in Bahasa to Head Office
