Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Head of Retail / Area Manager / Retail Operations Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing retail operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and achievement of business objectives. Key responsibilities include monitoring store performance, implementing operational standards, coordinating with store teams, and supporting sales and customer service excellence initiatives. The role also involves analyzing performance data, preparing operational reports, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and retail procedures. The candidate will work closely with internal departments to optimize retail processes, enhance customer experience, and support strategic growth initiatives across retail operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail operations management, multi-store coordination, and sales performance monitoring

• Familiarity with retail process optimization, inventory control, and store performance evaluation

• Strong understanding of operational reporting, retail analytics, and business performance tracking

• Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and support strategic retail planning initiatives

• Proficiency in preparing reports, presentations, and operational documentation accurately

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to collaborate effectively with store teams, management, and cross-functional departments

• Familiarity with retail management systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of customer experience management and retail compliance standards

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support operational excellence across locations

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field

• Professional certifications in retail or operations management are an advantage

• Strong reporting, coordination, and operational leadership skills
