Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Head of Retail / Area Manager / Retail Operations Executive. The role will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting overall business performance across multiple retail locations. Key responsibilities include monitoring store operations, driving sales performance, managing inventory activities, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role also involves supervising retail teams, implementing operational procedures, analyzing performance reports, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Additional duties include coordinating with cross-functional departments, supporting merchandising initiatives, maintaining compliance with company standards, and assisting in strategic retail planning. The position requires strong leadership, operational coordination, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Expertise in retail operations, sales management, and operational coordination

• Knowledge of store management, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service practices

• Ability to monitor business performance and implement operational improvements

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in retail systems, POS platforms, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications

• Understanding of retail operational standards, compliance procedures, and workflow management

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and support operations across different retail locations

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field

• Experience in retail supervision, area management, or retail operations is a plus

• Strong communication, reporting, and team coordination skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and management
