Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Head of Retail / Area Manager / Retail Operations Executive responsible for overseeing retail performance, driving operational excellence, and ensuring consistent brand standards across multiple locations.

The role focuses on managing retail operations, optimizing store performance, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience. You will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.

A key aspect of the role includes leading and supporting store teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and maintaining high standards of service, visual merchandising, and operational compliance. You will play a critical role in coaching store managers, strengthening team capabilities, and fostering a results-driven culture.

You will also be responsible for coordinating operational processes such as inventory management, stock control, and resource planning to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all locations. Ensuring consistency in execution and adherence to brand guidelines will be essential.

In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new store openings, promotional campaigns, and operational initiatives. You will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing effective solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Experience in retail leadership or operations roles is considered an advantage
