Role Description

This role is responsible for supporting retail operations, business performance management, and operational excellence across multiple retail functions within the organization. The Head of Retail / Area Manager / Retail Operations Executive will assist in overseeing daily retail activities, monitoring sales performance, coordinating store operations, and ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency are consistently maintained. Key responsibilities include analyzing operational and sales reports, supporting inventory and resource management, coordinating with store teams, implementing operational improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and retail standards. The role also involves supporting staff performance management, maintaining strong customer relationships, monitoring operational procedures, and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, profitability, and overall customer experience. In addition, the position requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and organizational skills to manage multiple retail operational responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

· Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales management, and business performance monitoring

· Ability to support store operations, workflow coordination, and operational improvement initiatives

· Familiarity with customer service standards, inventory management, and retail operational procedures

· Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for managing teams and customer interactions

· Ability to analyze sales and operational data and prepare accurate business reports

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and retail management systems

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational priorities efficiently

· Familiarity with compliance standards, operational controls, and retail best practices

· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, store personnel, and management stakeholders

· Capability to support business growth, productivity improvement, and customer engagement initiatives

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Management, or a related field

· Professional certifications related to retail operations or business management are considered an advantage

· Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment while achieving operational and business objectives
