Responsibilities:
- Lead the PMO team, aligning project portfolios with business goals and strategy.
- Define and enhance PMO frameworks, governance, methodologies, and best practices.
- Oversee project delivery to ensure timeliness, budget control, and quality standards.
- Drive portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
- Manage overall P&L accountability and maximize value from investments.
- Provide executive reporting on performance, risks, and benefits realization.
- Mentor and develop PMO managers and project teams to build future-ready capability.
- Champion risk, change, and stakeholder management across all initiatives.
- Foster continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.
- Collaborate with business leaders, clients, and stakeholders to resolve escalations and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 10-12 years in IT Project/Program Management, with 5+ years leading PMOs or large ICT portfolios.
- Proven success in establishing and scaling PMOs with strong governance and stakeholder management.
- Business acumen in P&L management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Strong leadership, people management, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing ability.
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making in complex environments.
- Knowledge of networking, cloud, and security, aligning technical delivery to business needs.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, ITIL v4, PMI-ACP, MSP, or equivalent).
