Title: Head of Transformation and Project Management

About the Role:

Our client is a market leader within their industry. They are looking to hire an experienced Head of Transformation and Project Management.

This role will look to drive the successful delivery of cross-functional within the organisation. You will lead and manage projects across different functional verticals and lead enterprise wide initiatives. These projects include process improvement, system implementation, and change management initiative.

Responsibilities:

You will ensure projects are meeting the timeline and work with cross functional stakeholders to ensure resources are managed effectively for the projects. You will also work with cross functional teams, harmonizing processes, manage project expenditures and ensure cost effectiveness.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record in project execution and change management, ensuring that initiatives are implemented effectively across different business functions.

Requirements:

Ideally you are degree qualified with 10-12 experience in project management. You have proven expertise in leading cross-functional projects and driving change initiatives in complex organizations. You possess strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, managing diverse internal and external partners to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
