Role Vision
You will be responsible for the launch and growth of CoinUP Exchange's core payment product — the UP Card (Crypto Debit Card).
The goal is to convert existing exchange users into active cardholders, enabling seamless crypto-to-fiat spending and building a closed-loop withdrawal ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End C-User Conversion (C-End Conversion)
- Phased Execution: Lead full-cycle campaign planning and execution across:
- Pre-launch beta (Day 1–15)
- Public growth phase (Day 15–45)
- Long-tail optimization (Day 45–90)
- Seed User Acquisition: Identify and onboard high-value users (top traders / frequent withdrawal users), manage VIP groups, collect feedback, and build initial smooth spending case studies.
- Growth Incentive Design: Plan and execute activation campaigns such as:
- Zero card issuance fee
- First transaction cashback (e.g., 5 USDT) Collaborate with product/tech to optimize one-click card issuance flows within the app.
- Scenario-Based Content Marketing (Content & Branding)
- Lifestyle Integration: Create engaging content (short-form videos 15–30s, visuals, copy) demonstrating real-life use cases:
- Flight bookings
- Coffee purchases
- Subscriptions (e.g., ChatGPT)
- Tuition payments for overseas students
- Trust Building: Develop credibility assets including:
- Successful transaction proofs
- User testimonials
- Compliance/licensing disclosures To address concerns around security, fees, and card freezing risks.
- B-End Channels & KOL Growth
- Incentive System Design: Build and optimize affiliate structures:
- CPA (cost-per-acquisition)
- Ongoing revenue-sharing models
- Targeted Vertical Expansion: Develop partnerships in key segments:
- Study abroad agencies
- Premium travel agencies
- Cross-border e-commerce players Solve real-world needs like cross-border payments and large-value spending.
- KOL Ecosystem Development: Recruit and manage Web3 influencers, Xiaohongshu KOCs, and review creators. Ensure messaging feels authentic and user-driven, avoiding hard-sell advertising.
- Sales Kits Development & Iteration
- Build and continuously optimize standardized Sales Kits, including:
- One-pager overview
- Product details (fees, limits, supported currencies)
- Competitive benchmarking (vs OTC and other crypto cards)
Requirements
- Industry Background: 2+ years in Web3 or Fintech operations. Experience with crypto payments, Visa/Mastercard products, or exchange withdrawal systems is a strong plus.
- Growth Mindset: Proven ability to execute 0→1 projects, with strong understanding of user conversion funnels and milestone-driven execution (Day 1–90 roadmap).
- Content Sensibility: Strong user insight and traffic awareness. Able to guide short-form content and simplify complex financial products into intuitive messaging.
- Business Development: Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate with BD teams and build scalable sales playbooks.
- Results-Driven: Accountable for key metrics such as:
- Card issuance rate
- Activation rate
- Transaction volume

- Hands-on experience with crypto/virtual/physical card products, with strong understanding of fees and limits.
- Fluent in English (working proficiency) for handling global user communication.
