About the Role:
We are looking for a Head of Key Accounts for the Pinterest team who will lead the Key Accounts program and manage relationships with large, strategic, performance-driven accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Key Accounts team, providing coaching and development
- Drive the Key Accounts program and strategy in partnership with platform partners
- Develop best practices, playbooks, and coordinate account planning and reviews
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts internally and externally
- Build strong relationships with leadership across priority accounts
- Support co-pitching with local sales teams to drive growth and budget allocation
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in strategic key account management and partnerships
- 3+ years of leadership and team management experience
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive account growth
- Strong collaboration and co-pitching experience with sales teams
- Experience building scalable program models and identifying growth opportunities
- Deep understanding of performance-driven strategic accounts
