Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a Head of Key Accounts for the Pinterest team who will lead the Key Accounts program and manage relationships with large, strategic, performance-driven accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Key Accounts team, providing coaching and development
  • Drive the Key Accounts program and strategy in partnership with platform partners
  • Develop best practices, playbooks, and coordinate account planning and reviews
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts internally and externally
  • Build strong relationships with leadership across priority accounts
  • Support co-pitching with local sales teams to drive growth and budget allocation

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic key account management and partnerships
  • 3+ years of leadership and team management experience
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive account growth
  • Strong collaboration and co-pitching experience with sales teams
  • Experience building scalable program models and identifying growth opportunities
  • Deep understanding of performance-driven strategic accounts
