Job Description

Job Title: Head of HR

Industry: Leading Healthcare Services Provider

Salary Range: $12,000 to $15,000 per month base (excl. variable bonus)

Wilson is partnering with a leading healthcare services provider to help identify an experienced and dynamic Head of HR to join their organization. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible in overseeing the end-to-end HR function whilst providing sound HR advice on all strategic matters to enable the business to achieve their goals and objectives. This exciting new role will manage a team of up to 5 HR team members, and the ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills along with the ability to work in a complex, fast paced and growing environment. Candidates from the healthcare industry would be highly preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end HR operations including payroll, compensation & benefits, succession planning, organizational development, performance management, recruitment and other related areas.
  • Responsible for all strategic plan, implementation, and execution of HR related initiatives.
  • Plan and initiate recruitment strategies to support the growth of business.
  • Manage and coach HR team and provide guidance as and when required.
  • Drive and collaborate with the leadership team and CEO on the various HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development and People Operations for specific HR business needs.
  • Lead HR initiative, projects and transformation across the business

Requirements

  • Qualified degree with a minimum of 10 years experience as a HR generalist, with at least 5 years in a people management/leadership role.
  • Prior experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical related industries is essential for this role.
  • Strong business acumen and flexible mindset to navigate ambiguity.
  • Proven track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse client groups.
  • Experience working with large headcount, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A dynamic, energetic, forward-thinking, commercial, and people-centric individual HR professional
