Job Description

Our client is a mid-sized statutory/government-linked organisation in Singapore. They are looking for a senior HR leader to head their HR function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full spectrum of HR strategies covering talent acquisition, onboarding, L&D, retention, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement HR policies, performance appraisal frameworks, and employee handbooks
  • Build competitive Reward & Recognition programmes to retain top talent
  • Oversee accurate payroll processing and CPF contributions
  • Handle grievances, dispute resolution, and collective bargaining where applicable
  • Drive HR digitalisation and process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations
  • Partner with external stakeholders to build talent and intern pipelines
  • Support leadership in employee engagement, wellness, and culture-building initiatives


Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience with supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and Singapore employment law
  • People-centric, collaborative, and able to engage effectively at all levels
  • Able to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
