Responsibilities
- Lead and scale multi-disciplinary engineering teams across applications, data, and enterprise platforms
- Own engineering delivery across multiple client programmes in parallel, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency
- Partner with practice leads, project directors, and presales to shape delivery models and technical direction
- Establish engineering standards, governance, and best practices across teams
- Drive hiring, capability development, and succession planning as the organisation scales
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex delivery and stakeholder issues
- Support innovation initiatives across modern application engineering, data, AI, and platform solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience leading engineering organisations in a consulting, SI, or large enterprise environment
- Track record of managing and scaling teams of 1015+ engineers across multiple domains
- Strong understanding of modern application architectures, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems
- Comfortable operating in complex, fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience delivering large-scale or regulated client programmes is preferred
- Based in Singapore with strong regional delivery exposure
