Head of Compliance – MAS License

Responsibilities:

• Lead MAS licence application under PSA (MPI)
• Liaise directly with MAS on compliance and regulatory matters
• Develop and maintain AML/CFT policies and procedures
• Oversee KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and STR processes
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance
• Work closely with Product, Operations, and Tech teams on compliance implementation
• Monitor MAS regulatory updates and advise business teams accordingly
• Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of compliance experience in fintech, payments, banking, or related industries
• Hands-on experience with MAS regulations and PSA licence applications
• Strong AML/CFT knowledge and compliance operations experience
• Able to work independently in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
