Finance Director

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and oversee the finance framework of the holding company, including accounting operations, treasury management, financing arrangement, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

2. Manage treasury functions, including cash flow planning, liquidity management, and maintaining regulations with banking partners to support business operations.

3. Oversee and control the full spectrum of financial activities for the European region under centralized financial governance of the holding company.

4. Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely completion of statutory audits, tax filings, and transfer pricing documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.

5. Establish and enforce internal controls, financial policies, and reporting standards to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance across all entities.

6. Lead, manage, and develop the Finance and HR teams, including workforce planning, performance management, and capability development.

7. Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management to support business decision-making.

8. Undertake additional finance-related responsibilities and projects as assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

1. At least 8 years of relevant working experience in finance, accounting, or related functions.

2. Solid experience in financial management, with strong expertise in accounting, taxation, treasury, and compliance.

3. Familiarity with financial and tax regulations in Hong Kong, Europe, Singapore, and Mainland China.

4. Strong experience in managing multi-entity and cross-border financial operations.

5. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with cross-functional stakeholders.

6. Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to cross-time-zone collaboration.

7. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

8. Preferred with language skills of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
