Hair Therapist

We are looking for a passionate Hair Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in hair care services and enjoy providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

. Perform scalp treatments and basic hair care services such as washing, blowing, and drying.

. Recommend suitable treatments and products to customers.

. Provide good customer service and answer client enquiries.

. Maintain cleanliness of outlet and equipment.

. Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.

. Work with the team to achieve service and sales targets.

Job Requirements

. Service oriented and positive attitude

. Able to work on retail hours, weekend and public holiday

. Sales driven and good teamwork skills

. Maintain consistent relationship with client base in order to ensure return clients.

. Relevant experience will be an added advantage.
