Guest Relations Officer / Executive (Door Hostess)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, escorting them to tables according to seating procedures.
• Build rapport with guests and provide professional, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Handle reservations and inquiries via phone or email, ensuring accurate guest records.
• Assist with menu recommendations, upselling, and addressing guest queries.
• Support service operations, including clearing/resetting tables and maintaining front-of-house cleanliness.
• Work closely with the management team and service staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with supplies inventory and station organization.
• Uphold grooming standards, follow restaurant policies, and participate in training sessions.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in guest relations, hospitality, or front-of-house roles preferred (training will be provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with willingness to support service operations when required.
