Job Description
The Graduate Associate, Global Programmes & Thought Leadership (Silver Economy) is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role supports the development and coordination of global programmes, events, and thought leadership initiatives focused on the silver economy and ageing-related sectors. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and policy research, preparing briefing materials, and assisting with the creation of reports, presentations, and thought leadership content. The Graduate Associate will help manage project timelines, liaise with partners and stakeholders, and provide customer and participant support for events and training programmes. The role also involves contributing to data analysis, maintaining programme documentation, and supporting team activities that advance Ageing Asia's mission in the region.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based programme development.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Research skills to gather, synthesize, and present information on ageing, silver economy markets, and global best practices.
- Customer service skills to provide professional support to event participants, partners, and clients.
- Project management skills to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and support the delivery of programmes and events.
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, communications, business, public policy, gerontology, or a related field.
- Interest in ageing, social impact, and the silver economy in Asia Pacific.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in AI Tools, Claude, Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools; experience with data analysis or presentation tools is an advantage.
- Prior internship or work experience in consulting, research, events, is beneficial.
