Role Description

The Corporate Finance Associate / Transaction Advisory Associate / Deals Advisory Associate supports acquisitions, disposals, financing, and other strategic transactions. Responsibilities include analysing financial information, building models, researching businesses, coordinating due diligence, and preparing transaction materials.

The Corporate Finance Associate focuses on valuation, financing, and execution support. The Transaction Advisory Associate examines earnings, working capital, and debt-related considerations, while the Deals Advisory Associate evaluates commercial and financial findings to support deal assessment, structuring, and implementation planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, audit, valuation, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, valuation methods, and transaction processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, scenario analysis, and presentation preparation.
• Ability to validate financial data, investigate discrepancies, and document assumptions clearly.
• Strong research skills for assessing business performance, industry conditions, and transaction risks.
• Clear communication, organisational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
• For corporate finance positions, experience supporting valuations, funding proposals, and transaction execution.
• For transaction advisory positions, experience analysing earnings quality, working capital, net debt, and due diligence findings.
• For deals advisory positions, ability to combine findings across workstreams and prepare supported recommendations; relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.
