Role and Responsibilities
. Support global account planning through market analysis and strategy input.
. Coordinate contracts, pricing, and approvals with Legal, QM, Logistics, and sales teams.
. Track global KPIs, targets, and opportunities using CRM/ERP data.
. Support tenders, global projects, and consolidate regional performance.
. Act as a key contact for global customers alongside the GKAM.
. Resolve cross-regional issues to maintain smooth global operations.
. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
. Degree in Business Administration or training in industrial /international business fields.
. At least 5 years of experience in international inside sales or global account support.
. Experience working with global or key accounts, familiar with supply chains and ERP/CRM systems.
. Strong intercultural skills and fluent English.
. Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
. Proactive problem-solver with a structured and organized working style.
