Glass Factory Supervisor

Responsibilities

. Development of new manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing practices

. Design tools and fixtures with AutoCAD and CNC programming

. Operation of high tech Vacuum and Sinter HIP furnaces, CNC and Precision Waterjet.

. Support the training of staff and line operators on manufacturing processes

. Deployment of design of Experiment and statistical control for key processes

. Develop and execute process validation plans and proper documentation control

. Participate in cost reduction, quality improvement, safety awareness and other activities for continual improvement
