Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee business strategy, budget planning, team building, and performance management for all operations in Singapore
- Execute strategic business plans toward achieving the revenue and profit objectives
- Coordinate with all internal stakeholders to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across various departments including operations, sales, and customer service.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, monitor financial performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Drive revenue growth and manage expenses to achieve profitability targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to logistics and transportation.
Requirements:
- At least possess a Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of managing medium-scale logistics operations.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
