Position Title: General Manager (Restaurant)
Salary Range: SGD 9,000 - 11,000

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

• Lead, train, supervise, and motivate both service and kitchen teams to maintain high performance standards.

• Ensure excellent customer service and professionally handle customer feedback and operational issues.

• Monitor sales performance, control operating costs, and manage inventory levels effectively.

• Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and company operating standards.

• Prepare staff work schedules and oversee payroll-related coordination.

• Work closely with company management to implement operational plans and achieve business objectives.

• Perform other management duties as required to support business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant F&B management experience, preferably in restaurant operations.

• Proven leadership capabilities with strong team management and staff development skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required to operate in a Mandarin-speaking working environment, including handling Chinese-language menus and training materials, and engaging with Mandarin-speaking customers and staff.

• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, inventory management, and service standards.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Strong passion for the food & beverage industry.

• Experience or familiarity with Chinese cuisine operations will be an advantage.
