Keuneundon is a modern Korean restaurant offering authentic Korean BBQ, hearty comfort dishes, and warm Korean hospitality. We aim to deliver an exceptional dining experience that combines traditional Korean flavors with a contemporary dining environment. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, supervise, and train front-of-house staff to maintain excellent service standards.
  • Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and team development.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally to maintain positive guest experiences.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and service standards aligned with the brand.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, staff management, and customer service standards.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
