The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the company's operations in Singapore, including business development, financial performance, project delivery, and team management. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational expertise to ensure the company meets its goals and maintains high standards of performance and client satisfaction.

• Develop and execute the company's strategic objectives and business plans in Singapore.
• Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Lead and mentor senior management and team members to drive performance and professional growth.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
• Ensure successful project execution, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.

• Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and negotiations as needed.
• Provide regular reports and updates to headquarters on performance, risks, and opportunities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in general management, operations, or leadership roles, preferably in engineering, technology, or consulting sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and budgets.
• Proven track record of successful business development and project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
