- Position : General Manager, Logistics Operations

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue, market share and profitability.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including last-mile delivery, air/ground freight, warehousing and hub activities.
- Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost control and overall operational performance.
- Identify business opportunities, manage key accounts and lead RFQ/tender submissions.
- Ensure high service standards, on-time delivery and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Monitor KPIs, service levels, productivity and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with customs, trade and cross-border logistics regulations.
- Lead and develop operations, drivers, warehouse and administrative teams.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality and profitability.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 9 years experience in express logistics, freight forwarding or related logistics operations.
- Strong exposure to air freight, cross-border trucking, last-mile delivery and/or warehouse operations.
- Proven leadership experience with strong P&L, budgeting and cost control skills.
- Experience in key account management, RFQ/tender processes and business development.
- Good knowledge of customs, trade compliance and cross-border logistics requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
