The business operates a multi-channel model spanning retail stores and B2Bpartnerships and events, and is known for its curated wine portfolio and distinctive retail and dining concepts. With continued expansion plans, they are seeking a commercial leader to drive the next phase of growth and performance.
Reporting to senior leadership, this role will focus on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening commercial partnerships across multiple channels. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on sales performance, account management, and business development.
About the Role
- Lead and drive sales across wholesale, corporate/B2B, private clients, and HORECA channels
- Develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships
- Execute pricing and promotional strategies aligned with market positioning and margin targets
- Build and manage key client and partner relationships, including leading negotiations and developing tailored commercial solutions
- Shape portfolio and pricing strategies in collaboration with internal teams to ensure competitiveness and profitability
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to drive data-informed decisions
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and customer insights
About You
- Degree in Business or related field, with WSET or equivalent certification is advantageous experience in sales or commercial roles within the wine or beverage industry with exposure to B2B, wholesale and HORECA channels
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing key accounts
- Strong business acumen with a good understanding of pricing and market dynamics
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Hands-on, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
