Role Overview
Manage and drive air freight pricing strategies across Southeast Asia to ensure competitiveness, profitability, and alignment with market conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional air pricing strategies and rate structures
- Analyze market trends, demand, and competitor pricing to guide decisions
- Manage airline rate procurement, negotiations, and capacity agreements
- Support sales teams with pricing solutions
- Maintain and optimize pricing tools, tariffs, and rate databases
- Monitor margins, yields, and pricing performance, drive improvements
- Collaborate with operations and procurement to align pricing with capacity and service levels
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years in air freight pricing, procurement, or commercial roles
- Strong understanding of Southeast Asia air freight market and carrier landscape
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and commercial skills
- Experience with pricing systems and data analysis tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
