Job Description

Live Nation is developing a purpose-built, 3,000-capacity live music venue just off Orchard Road. Open to all promoters and event organisers, the venue will host international touring acts, regional and local artists, with a core focus in music. Programming will extend to entertainment, comedy, sport, esports, experiential events and private hire. Alongside the main hall, an all-day café and restaurant, a landscaped indoor-outdoor terrace and a public walkway will host talks, exhibitions, pop-ups and community events. It will operate as a year-round destination, with programming extending beyond ticketed events to build a vibrant cultural and community hub in Singapore.

The General Manager will lead the venue from mobilisation and pre-opening through to full operations. The role will be responsible for operational readiness, team recruitment, systems implementation, vendor and contractor procurement, programming strategy, commercial performance and the successful opening of the venue.

The GM will establish and lead the venue operating model, build relationships with promoters, partners and key stakeholders, and ensure the venue delivers against its commercial, operational and customer experience objectives. The GM will also build the venue as a brand, shaping its voice and carrying its mission and vision to fans, artists, partners and media.

Reporting to the President, Venue Development Asia, the GM will ensure the venue operates in alignment with Live Nation's regional strategy, global standards and local regulatory requirements.
