Job Description

Fumichem Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based company specialising in fumigation, pest control and related environmental services.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee the company's overall operations, drive business growth and ensure operational excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day business activities, developing commercial opportunities, supervising teams and implementing strategies to support the company's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management and daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, service quality and profitability.

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

• Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

• Manage and supervise operational, administrative and commercial teams.

• Monitor financial performance, budgets, operating costs and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore's regulatory requirements, industry standards and workplace safety procedures.

• Oversee service delivery across fumigation, pest management and related activities.

• Implement operational improvements, internal controls and performance monitoring systems.

• Lead recruitment, staff development and performance management.

• Work closely with the company's directors on strategic planning, business development and organisational growth.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Business or a related discipline.

• At least 4-6 years of relevant professional experience, including significant management or leadership responsibilities.

• Proven experience in business operations, strategic planning and financial management.

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, develop client relationships and drive business performance.

• Good understanding of regulatory compliance, operational risk management and workplace safety.

• Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions and manage multiple business priorities.
