Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Territory Management

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market-share targets across APAC.
  • Identify highpotential markets and prioritize efforts based on opportunity size and competitiveness.
  • Build and manage a regional sales pipeline using CRM tools forecast quarterly and annual revenue.
  • Monitor market trends, local regulations, and competitive landscape to adjust territory plans.

2. Business Development

  • Prospect, qualify, and secure new enterprise accounts, channel partners, and distributors.
  • Expand business with existing customers through upselling, crossselling, and multicountry deployments.
  • Lead RFP responses, bid proposals, and commercial negotiations.

3. Channel & Partner Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners, resellers, VARs, or distributors across APAC.
  • Provide partners with training, enablement resources, and joint business planning.
  • Track partner performance and ensure compliance with pricing, sales, and branding policies.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers (Csuite, procurement, technical teams).
  • Conduct regular business reviews and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve escalations, coordinate with support teams, and deliver seamless customer experience.

5. CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing to run regional campaigns, events, and demandgeneration activities.
  • Align with Product teams to provide local market insights and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

6. Reporting & Performance Management

  • Provide regular sales reports, business insights, and expansion recommendations to leadership.
  • Track KPIs such as pipeline health, conversion ratios, and renewal/retention metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regional regulations.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales or business development experience in APAC.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience managing multiple countries and cultures within APAC.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally.
  • Experience in technology, hardware, or enterprise software sectors.
  • Experience working in a matrix or multinational organization.
  • Market analysis and business acumen
