Fundraising Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Fundraising Executive to join our Marketing & Fundraising team. This junior to mid-level role is ideal for anyone eager to make an impact in the non-profit sector. You will support fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, and event coordination to help sustain our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

. Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.

. Support the development of fundraising materials, including proposals, reports, and social media content.

. Maintain donor databases and ensure accurate records of donations and engagements.

. Coordinate logistics for fundraising events, including liaising with vendors, partners, and volunteers.

. Conduct research on potential donors, grants, and sponsorship opportunities.

. Provide administrative support to the Fundraising team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

. Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

. Passion for mental health advocacy and the non-profit sector.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.

. Experience in event planning, and fundraising is a plus but not required.
