Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new donors, including corporates, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies and donor engagement plans.
- Maintain accurate donor records and support stewardship to build long-term relationships.
- Plan and execute key fundraising events and campaigns (e.g. Charity Golf, Find Your Y).
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling fundraising materials and reports.
- Represent YMCA at events to build awareness and strengthen donor networks.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields Diploma holders with relevant fundraising experience will be considered.
- Passion for organization's mission and commitment to community impact.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and deadline-driven skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Singapore's fundraising regulations, including the Charities Act and guidelines from the Commissioner of Charities.
