AT Asset Management, established in 2012, is a Singapore-licensed fund management company serving global investors. We are looking for a motivated and capable Operations Executive to support our fund operations, investor servicing, and business support functions.
This role is suitable for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and keen to grow within the industry. We are also looking for a candidate with a strong interest in innovation, AI tools, and process improvement, as we continue to build a more efficient and scalable operating platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare onboarding documentation and support account opening processes
- Review client documentation for completeness and KYC/AML compliance
- Ensure adherence to MAS regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Liaise with fund administrators, custodians, brokers, banks, and counterparties
- Perform monthly investment position and cash reconciliations
- Review NAV reports and transaction records prepared by fund administrators and brokers
- Prepare and distribute investor performance reports accurately and on a timely basis
- Review transaction activities to ensure operational integrity and accounting accuracy
- Support general administrative, operational, and business support matters
- Assist with ad hoc projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
- Meticulous, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Experience in accounting, fund administration, private banking, or asset management will be an advantage
- Experience in business support within a financial institution is preferred
- Strong interest in AI, automation
