SR MANAGER, F10 DIGITAL AUTOMATION SOLUTION TEAM

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct strategic and tactical capacity planning for all elements of test wafer and carrier life cycles, ensuring flawless completion of Send-Fab operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with Industrial Engineering to assess workstation capacity and pinpoint operational bottlenecks, applying creative solutions to improve efficiency and output.

• Facilitate the introduction and qualification of new materials, establishing risk management protocols and automated systems to ensure business continuity.

Material Handling Operation Team

• Coordinate SMART warehouse operations, emphasizing efficient staffing, process efficiency, and strict adherence to customer and quality standards.

• Prioritize the implementation of automation and technology-based solutions to streamline logistics, reducing manual intervention and improving delivery accuracy.

• Support the integration of automation tools and AI to improve productivity and maintain business continuity.

Digital Twin and Process Automation

• Orchestrate the deployment of Digital Twin technology and agentic AI, applying simulation-based optimization for space utilization, material flow, and delivery efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and roll out physical AI solutions, improving efficiency, quality, and safety.

• Lead cross-functional projects to integrate Digital Twin simulation and Physical AI into Fab operations, driving continuous improvement of automation platforms to achieve high availability and cost-effectiveness.

• Formulate interpersonal resource plans, advance talent development, and prepare change-management strategies to maintain operational alignment with the Business Plan.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant semiconductor industry engineering experience in a managerial role

  • Preferably with experience working in Fab operations and equipment or automation with understanding of Semiconductor operation flow

  • Strong data analysis, problem solving and fixing skills with consistent track record to solve problems and address root causes

  • Demonstrated capability in proactively prioritizing projects that meet the Fab operation goals.

  • Proven experience in team development, project management, or a similar role

  • Strong leadership and team building skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
