Functional Business Analyst, Wholesale Banking (1-year renewable contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, review, and validate business requirements.
• Perform impact assessments and analyze to-be business and operational processes.
• Define and document functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and monitor risks, issues, and scope changes, including change request assessments and estimations.
• Translate business requirements to System Analysts, ensuring clarity and completeness of specifications.
• Maintain traceability between business requirements and functional specifications.
• Review test plans and functional test scope prepared by testing teams.
• Support SIT and UAT, including defect prioritization, tracking, and resolution.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Business Analysis experience in the banking/financial services industry.
• Strong domain knowledge in wholesale banking, including customer onboarding, servicing, and data management.
• Exposure to AI capabilities (e.g., Co-Pilot / LLM tools) for process mapping and documentation validation.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
• Solid understanding of change management and project management fundamentals.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to drive collaboration and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Able to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a proactive and resilient mindset.
