Job Description

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Business Analyst roles.
  • Strong knowledge and working experiences in Customer Servicing and Customer Relationship Management systems.
  • Working knowledge in JIRA and preferably Dynamics.
  • Prior and good working knowledge in various banking domains especially in Retail Banking Industry.
  • Excellent functional analysis skills and strong interpersonal communication skills as well as ability to work well individually and collaboratively in a team
