We are looking for a Front of House to manage the front desks in our studio. This is a full time role.
You will be the first point of contact for the company, offering administrative support across the organisation. You should be able to deal with issues in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
1. Attending and following up with walk-ins, email, message and phone enquiries
2. Liaising with clients and Instructors with scheduling of appointments
3. Collecting Payments
4. Basic Housekeeping
5. Administrative Duties
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a people person who is able to multitask and problem solve. You must be able to commit to a 5.5 day work week (half day on Saturdays).
Experience with Mindbody Online (Business) will be advantageous.
