- Receptionist / Admin Assistant
- Working Hours: 5 days work
- 8.30am-5.30pm
- Salary up to $3000 + AWS

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and meeting room.
- Provide Warehouse & Logistics Support during shipment preparation and dispatch
- Receive, sort, and distribute packages and prepare outgoing mail for dispatch/ letterbox daily for incoming mails
- Assist HR in organizing company events, team bonding activities, and training sessions
- Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding materials
- Replenishment of pantry supplies and stationary ensure workplace in a clean and tidy manner
- Provide general administrative support
- Any other admin tasks as assigned
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administrative or in similar discipline
- Well-groomed and possess a pleasant disposition
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels
- Good team player with positive working attitudes
- Able to start work in a short notice period
- Singaporean ONLY
