Job Description

  • Receptionist / Admin Assistant
  • Working Hours: 5 days work
  • 8.30am-5.30pm
  • Salary up to $3000 + AWS
  • Staffs benefits

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and meeting room.
  • Provide Warehouse & Logistics Support during shipment preparation and dispatch
  • Receive, sort, and distribute packages and prepare outgoing mail for dispatch/ letterbox daily for incoming mails
  • Assist HR in organizing company events, team bonding activities, and training sessions
  • Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding materials
  • Replenishment of pantry supplies and stationary ensure workplace in a clean and tidy manner
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Any other admin tasks as assigned

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administrative or in similar discipline
  • Well-groomed and possess a pleasant disposition
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels
  • Good team player with positive working attitudes
  • Able to start work in a short notice period
  • Singaporean ONLY
