Job Scope:

• Support daily operations for air and sea freight shipments (import & export)

• Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g. HAWB, MAWB, Bill of Lading, manifests, pre-alerts)

• Assist with customs declarations and TradeNet submissions

• Perform system data entry and maintain accurate shipment records

• Coordinate with stakeholders such as airlines, shipping lines, forwarders, and customers

• Monitor shipment status and follow up on schedules and bookings

• Assist in handling enquiries, issues, and basic dispute resolution

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics

• Exposure to Air and Sea Freight operations

• Basic knowledge of shipping documents and customs processes

• Familiarity with TradeNet is an advantage

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities

• Company: Freight Forwarding MNC

• Working Location: Changi South Lane (1 bus stop from Tanah Merah MRT)

• Working Days: Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)

• Up to $3500 per month
