Shipping Executive

Key responsibilities:

- Handle air export shipments and prepare shipping documents (AWB, invoice, packing list, permits).

- Declare export permits via TradeNet.

- Liaise with forwarders, airlines, and couriers to arrange shipments and ensure timely delivery.

- Coordinate with internal teams for shipment arrangements.

- Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.

- All other ad hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in air export operations.

- Knowledge of air freight procedures, Incoterms, and TradeNet declaration.

- Familiar with export documentation and compliance requirements.

- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in DG handling is an advantage.
