Shipping Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Handling the full spectrum of shipping documents (air and sea) to facilitate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Declare custom permit for import or export shipments
• Liaise with couriers and forwarders for best quote and ensure timely delivery of customer's shipment
• Review work processes periodically
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in import or export operations.
• Good knowledge on Incoterms, Taxation, Import & Export documents and Trade Compliance.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Positive and can-do working attitude.
• Candidates with good experiences will be considered for higher position. Compensation will be rewarded accordingly.
