Shipping Coordinator

Summary Info:

• Basic up to $2800 Entitle bonus

• Monday to Friday: Office Hours

• Tanjung Penjuru West Region

• Construction Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineer comprehensive shipping sets (Import/Export, Transshipment, and Back-to-Back), including D/O, Commercial Invoices, and FTA-compliant Certificates of Origin.

• Execute end-to-end Letter of Credit (L/C) workflows, covering import issuance and the technical negotiation of export documentation.

• Execute Customs Permit Declarations via TradeNet/ TradeWeb and manage controlled substance licensing (CNB).

• Administer marine insurance policies and lead the resolution of claims, particularly for high-consequence cargo.

• Facilitate vessel nomination acceptance and audit competitive freight benchmarks across liners and global forwarders.

• Perform rigorous auditing of HS Codes to ensure tariff accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

• Active TradeNet/ TradeWeb certification and Customs Competency Test (CCT) accreditation.

• Deep proficiency in Incoterms 2020, UCP 600 rules, Charter Party provisions, and the mechanics of Laytime/Demurrage.

• Fluent in SAP and the MS Office ecosystem.
